Summer Bucket List: Checking Off My List

This week we are linking up with Sunflower Schoolhouse and several other great bloggers to talk about Summer Bucket Lists!

You can read the first four posts in the series here , here, here, and here.  Yesterday, I shared what I still need to accomplish before Lily gets here (hopefully within the next 4 weeks!) Today, I’ll share a couple of things that I’ve marked off my list!

Yesterday, I finished ordering the cloth diapers that I wanted to add to our stash. I actually received my first today: a BumGenius Freetime in Lovelace! I love it, and I cannot wait to be able to put it on Abby once her yeast infection clears up!!

The second thing that I can cross off my list is Lily’s cardigan! I have buttons to add, but the knitting is done. I think it turned out well. :)

Tomorrow, I hope to cross off “washed and put away Lily’s newborn clothes” and “prepped Lily’s newborn prefold stash.” Little by little, we’re making room for her and preparing for her arrival as much as we possibly can!

    oh what a beautiful cardigan – I wish I could knit like that – I can crochet a straight blanket or cloth – that about covers it :)

      Thank you! It took several tries before I finally got it. The hat I’m giving my friend is ending up the same way. I had to rip it out for the third time today.
